“What Do I Do With The Money My Mom Left Me?”

Share

“My mom passed away suddenly. She left me an IRA with almost $140,000. I’m 38 and don’t want to take the money until I retire. When I met with the attorney in settling the estate, he said I had to take the money out of the IRA before I retire. My husband read recently that I should take it out within 10 years. I’m confused and hoping you can help.”
