Gene interviews Rick Franzo, The Growth Coach of the Poconos. Since 2018, Rick has made it his mission to help businesses get “unstuck.” Rick was diagnosed in 2009 with a benign brain tumor (a Meningioma) that left him paralyzed from the waist down. He overcame his paralysis through months of physical therapy but was diagnosed in February of 2011 and 2017 with two more tumors and underwent Gamma Knife radiosurgery.

Inspired by the coaching he received in physical therapy, Rick supplies his clients with all the tools, knowledge and steps they need to move their business forward – but it’s up to them to take the first step.
